A VTT sur la GTMC, entre Autun et La Tagnière

Whether you set off in one direction or the other, this GTMC variant between Autun and La Tagnière promises a sporting route on pleasant paths with beautiful landscapes to discover in the Autunois-Morvan region. There's Autun, of course, with its magnificent cathedral and Gallo-Roman remains not to be missed. The Vallon lake, where the GTMC starts, is the perfect place to relax and unwind before setting off on your adventure. Along the way, climb the Autunois mountains such as Tronchet and Montet, where the scenery is so impressive that it's a sight to behold. Between the forests, you can see Mesvres, a typical village full of charm where you can stop for a bite to eat. Another memorable stop is the Signal d'Uchon, also known as the "Pearl of the Morvan", with its unique granite chaos. In La Tagnière, another picturesque village in the area, you can admire two impressive châteaux. The ancient fortress of Trélague, whose square keep can still be seen, is privately owned, but you can still visit its grounds. The Château de Champignolle, on the other hand, is not open to the public, but a glance at its remarkable garden and listed façade is all that's needed. A real adventure punctuated by curiosities!
