Anima-film: la colline aux coquelicots

Umi is a young schoolgirl who lives in an old building perched on top of a hill
on top of a hill overlooking Yokohama harbour. Every
morning, ever since her father disappeared at sea, she raises two flags
two flags, like a message to the horizon. At school, someone even
even wrote an article about this moving signal in the campus newspaper. Maybe it was
the intrepid Shun, the handsome young man whom Umi has not failed to notice.
Attracted to each other, the two young people share more and more activities,
from saving the old house to writing for the newspaper. But their relationship
takes an unexpected turn with the discovery of a secret that surrounds their birth
and seems to bind them...
