Close to the Hospices de Beaune, 7 minutes walk, and the city centre, this city break offers all the amenities for an immersion in the heart of the Burgundy vineyard. A few steps lead you to the first level where you will find a living space with a dining room, a lounge (TV with video premium, fibre and wifi...) and a kitchen inspired by the 50s in a mix of wood and steel. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences (oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment). On the second level, a wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area with: a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200). Shower room and separate toilet. Laundry room on the ground floor of the house. Numerous free public car parks nearby. All-inclusive gîte except for tourist tax: bed linen, towels, final cleaning, gas heating and electricity. Breakfasts are also offered (bread and/or pastries). This property is located next to all amenities, pharmacy, bakery, supermarket and opposite the famous Fallot mustard factory. Beaune is known internationally for its vineyards and its famous Hospices, listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site. Numerous events throughout the year: Film festivals, Baroque music, wine sales... Restaurants and wine tasting cellars. Hiking, walks on the ramparts or in the Parc de la Bouzaise, cycle route in the vineyards between Beaune and Santenay (cycle hire in the commune). Also to be discovered on the Route des Grands Crus, the renowned wine villages such as Meursault, Pommard, Volnay, Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet...
