    Founded in 1443 by Nicolas Rolin, chancellor of the Dukes of Burgundy, it is emblematic of the region's hospital heritage: a veritable palace for the poor, it is the most eloquent example of Burgundian Flemish art. Its polychrome roofs are famous.

    DAY 1
    Arrival in Beaune and free lunch
    In the early afternoon, visit of the Hospices de Beaune.

    The polyptych of the Last Judgement, commissioned from the painter Rogier van der Weyden, remains the jewel in the crown of the collections.

    Visit of the cellars. We suggest you discover the Cellars of the Patriarch.
    A former Ursuline convent, this place is full of history. You will discover a part of this labyrinth of more than 5kms of vaulted galleries dating back to the 13th century, housing millions of bottles.
    A magical place, out of time ... summarizing the marriage of wine and culture.

    Welcomed by a sommelier, you will discover these exceptional cellars before starting a tasting of 5 great appellations from our Burgundy vineyards: 2 whites Meursault and Montagny 1er cru, 3 reds: Mercurey 1er cru, Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er cru and Beaune 1er cru.

    Check-in at your hotel 4**** close to the town centre.
    Dinner.
    Departure on foot for the concert which can take place outside in the Cour des Hospices or in the Basilique Notre Dame.
    Return to the hotel and overnight stay

    DAY 2

    After your breakfast, we organize for you an unforgettable experience in the heart of Burgundy's wine industry.
    In an estate near Beaune, you will first be welcomed by a vineyard professional who will take you for a walk in the vineyards of his estate. He will explain the terroir and the climats of Burgundy, listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site, the classification of wines as well as the work of the vine and the winegrower.
    Your visit will continue in the cellars of the estate. The tasting will also be an opportunity to explain the harvest, fermentation, barrel ageing and bottling.
    The winegrower sommelier will be able to answer any questions you may have!

    You will then sit down for a tasting lunch at the estate's table d'hôtes.
    This will be an opportunity to taste food and wine pairings.

    Return to Beaune and free time in the afternoon to stroll around the old town and discover its many shops...
    Dinner .
