This cellar is made up of a sales area divided into 4 areas, Burgundy wines with 800 references, wines from other regions of France with 200 references, spirits with 500 references and beers with 150 references. The Cave Laly offers à la carte tasting workshops. These tasting menus are 50 in number, with food and wine pairings such as wine and cheese, blind tasting, discovery of Burgundy wines, a special red grape...
    The Cave Laly is a family cellar managed by the same family for 9 generations. This cellar is made up of a sales area divided into 4 areas, Burgundy wines with 800 references, wines from other regions of France with 200 references, spirits with 500 references and beers with 150 references. The Cave Laly offers à la carte tasting workshops. These tasting menus are 50 in number, with food and wine pairings such as wine and cheese, blind tasting, discovery of Burgundy wines, a special red grape variety, a special white grape variety. Due to the large number of references and the diversity of the menu, the cellar can offer very specific and tailor-made workshops such as "special Japanese whisky". The winery also has a vine and wine museum. Here are the different workshops offered: "Expression of the grape varieties" with 4 wines: 2 white Burgundies and 2 red Burgundies. The workshop "Diversity of terroirs" with 5 wines: 2 white Burgundies and 3 red Burgundies. The "Prestige de la Côte" workshop with 5 wines: 2 white Burgundies and 3 red Burgundies and the "Privilège de Bourgogne" workshop with 5 wines: 2 white Burgundies and 3 red Burgundies. Gougères and charcuterie are optional.
