Circuit du Balcon du Morvan

- Go down the small road on the left (GR13); cross the bridge, at the "moulin cassé" (broken mill) find the yellow markings, turn right towards Les Berthiers, the path climbs 300 m at the 1st intersection, leave the GR13 to go straight on, go 500 m past the left of the Château des Berthiers, reach the road and turn left. After 250 m, take the path on the right as far as Valotte, stay on the tarmac path, after 500 m go as far as Le Buissons, pass the farm, after 250 m go right and after 100 m turn left and follow the path for 1 km.
- At Le Treuil take the road on the left for 750 m, arrive at the D 256 cross the small road for 500 m (Aizy), arrive at the stop sign on the D 224 turn left towards Etang d'Aizy, follow the road for 250 m and after the bridge turn right, tarmac path for 10 m, then dirt track. After 1 km, at the 1st junction, turn right. After 250 m, turn right again and follow the small forest track to Mont Rousseau (on the right, in the triangle of roads, in the middle of the fir trees, see the very beautiful Croix de la Roche).
- When you reach the dirt track, turn right and go as far as the road. Turn right and go past Champignolle Castle, then turn left and follow the road as far as the bridge. When you reach the D 224, turn left and immediately after the 2nd bridge turn right between the houses (you can still see the brick chimney of the old bakery).
