  • The Demontmerot estate is a vehicle for the traditions that make up Burgundy. A family-run estate for 9 generations, based on a simple approach: hand-picking, sorting, vinification, ageing and bottling, all in our own cellars.
    We own 15 hectares and work with the four grape varieties of Burgundy: Aligoté Chardonnay Gamay Pinot Noir.
    Conviviality and evolution will be presented to you during our meetings and tastings.
