  • The Dessendre family has been producing wine in Dracy since the early 17th century, and now has 9.42 hectares of vines on the best hillsides in the village of St Maurice, in the heart of the Côtes du Couchois at the southernmost part of the Côte de Beaune. The estate, run by Marie-Anne and Jean-Claude Dessendre, produces Bourgogne Aligoté, Bourgogne Blanc, Bourgogne Rosé, Crémant de Bourgogne, and mostly Bourgogne Côtes du Couchois.
