  • The Domaine du Chancelier is located in the historic centre of Beaune, in the Côte d'Or. In its 18th century cellars and winery, the wine-making heritage of the Chancellor of Burgundy, Nicolas Rolin, founder with his wife Guigone de Salins, of the Hospices de Beaune, is perpetuated.
