Emmanuel Giboulot’s philosophy involves taking a respectful approach in the vines and in the cellar to ensure his wines express their identity, wherever the grapes were grown.
The estate has been organic since 1970, with a quest for healthy soils to produce healthy and balanced grapes to construct characterful wines that express the sophistication and power of a terroir.
The wines are forthright and pure, but every vintage has its own character that is allowed to shine through.
