In a small residential hamlet adjoining the picturesque, peaceful, typical village of Saint-Didier-sur-Arroux nestled on a promontory in the hollow of a majestic open and undulating landscaped cirque, dominated by the gentle mountains of Couturier and Dône offering exceptional panoramic viewpoints over the Morvan & the verdant Arroux valley. In the heart of the Morvan countryside in the hollow of a magnificent preserved setting of nature and greenery, successions of bocage, rivers, meadows and wild forests. Splendid panoramas & landscapes to discover in the surrounding area. Comfortable gîte with a warm country feel. Pleasant large gravel terrace area, shaded & intimate, nestled out of sight below the house, complemented by a small enclosed panoramic terrace opening onto the pond. Ground floor: living room-kitchen-lounge (double sofa bed 160x200cm as an extra), shower room (shower), separate toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (double bed 140x190cm / 2 single beds 90x190cm). Laundry room in the basement (access by external staircase also serving the large terrace). Double terrace + bicycle storage + private parking. Fishing not permitted from October 1st to December 31st (pond draining). Amenities 9 km. Train station 22 km.
