La Boucle des Gaudrys

Cross the D2, pass the grocer's shop and the old weighbridge, then turn right up the small incline. At the bottom, turn left, cross the bridge and follow the tarmac road for 300m. At the crossroads, go straight on towards La Genette and l'Orme de Brévoigne. At La Genette the road becomes a footpath, go 700m along the path and at the first junction continue straight on. The path climbs for 500m. At the second junction marked with a cross, go straight on for 400m to the water catchment. At this point, the path turns left, follow it for 1km, then turn right and follow the Côme de Billon. After 500m, the track becomes a small road. Go through the hamlets of Gaudrys and Chevannes, join the D2, turn right, follow for 150m and turn left towards Vaumignon. After 1km, at the Vaumignon cross, turn right to rejoin the D2. Here, turn right again and drive 250m along the road (passing in front of the old tacot station), cross the road and take the path on the left. After 750m, you will reach Dront. At the crossroads, turn left and walk 600m to the Mont. At the cross and the ox-shoeing place, turn left and go down 500m along the ponds. Before reaching the road, turn right, passing behind the pond house. The path climbs for 500m. When you reach a small road, turn left and after 600m turn right towards Les Places. Continue for 1km and reach La Genette, then turn left. This part of the road is shared at the start. After the bridge, turn right to take the steep path back to the town hall.
