The entrance opens onto a warm space combining a fitted kitchen and living room with a masonry stove for winter evenings. The corridor leading to the staircase leads to the sanitary facilities, a small bathroom with a shower and a cloakroom for storing jackets and shoes. Upstairs, the first bedroom has two single beds under a high cathedral ceiling with exposed beams and can accommodate a third mattress if required. The second bedroom has a double bed, a coffee table and two armchairs as well as a desk ideally placed under the skylight and next to the balcony to enjoy the outside light. At the back you also have access to a terrace exposed to the sun in the morning and in the shade in the afternoon; ideal to wake up with the first rays of the sun and have a cool breakfast there, facing one of the orchards in the making of the estate.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, radio, hi-fi, microwave, hob, coffee maker and all the utensils and crockery necessary for comfortable cooking. There is internet access in all rooms.

From the property there is a magnificent view of the valley, the meadows and the forest.
The property is located in the heart of the Morvan Regional Nature Park, a green and biodiverse area with many hiking trails, to be explored on foot, by bike or on horseback. The GR 13 and the Grand Tour du Morvan pass within 200m of the estate.
The municipal campsite is 2 minutes' walk away in the direction of Anost, where you can enjoy free swimming in the summer, as well as tennis courts, basketball courts, petanque courts, a table tennis table and a children's playground.
The village of Anost is a 5-minute walk away and has all the essential shops (grocery shop, bakery, butcher's, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants, café, tobacconist's, cinema).
On the estate, we are developing a garden and a place to live according to the principles of permaculture. This is an ethic of life that respects natural rhythms and observes the interactions of living beings to draw inspiration from them in the management of daily life and the vegetable garden. Don't hesitate to ask Charlotte questions if you see her there! She will be happy to show you around the garden, the orchard, or to tell you about upcoming workshops and participative workcamps!

For your stay, we offer a number of services to make your preparations and departure easier.
To avoid having to take your sheets with you when you travel, we offer to provide them for you at a cost of 10 € per bed and per stay (pillowcases, duvet covers and fitted sheets). Duvets, pillows, tea towels and napkins are included in the rental price.

The cleaning is always done by us, which guarantees a clean and well-maintained gîte at the beginning of each stay. The management of the dishes and garbage bins remains the responsibility of the tenants.
