Ideally located in the heart of Burgundy to discover Burgundy and the Morvan. On the programme: nature, culture, gastronomy and outdoor activities!

Village 2 minutes away with grocery shop and towns 10 minutes away (Etang, Autun) with all shops.

Our house is a family home, built in 1870, in the traditional style with exposed beams and granite walls. It has been completely renovated over the last two years, combining its authentic character with modern comforts.

A small outside veranda at the entrance is perfect for storing your shoes, umbrellas and coats.

Ground floor:

The entrance opens onto a lounge/dining room/kitchen area, with a 4-seater table and a central island for eating or preparing meals.

Ideal for teleworking, an office area (desk with USB-C monitor, fibre-optic Wi-Fi) is accessible on the ground floor, as is the first bedroom. The latter includes a bed (1 or 2 places), as well as a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

A bathroom (walk-in shower + washbasin) / WC is also on the ground floor.

First floor:

The first floor (former attic) opens onto a large, bright space comprising:

- An isolated corner, with parquet flooring, which can be used as a gym for yoga/muscle strengthening/pilates with floor mats, medicine ball, gym ball and kettle bells.

- A bedroom area with a sea rush floor and a reading corner.

Bed linen and towels provided

The garden with its parking area completes the house (Weber barbecue and outdoor furniture: table, chairs, deckchairs).

Motorcyclists and cyclists can store their bikes in the garage (on request).
