Discover this charming semi-detached house of 70 m² for 4 people in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park. This vast massif is a green and biodiverse setting criss-crossed with hiking trails, to be explored on foot, by bike or on horseback. The GR 13 and the Grand Tour du Morvan pass within 100 metres of the estate. You will have an unobstructed view of the landscape and nature from the accommodation, access to a private enclosed car park in the courtyard and a large plot of land with an educational garden.

The entrance is on the west side of the building, on the ground floor, and leads to a large open plan kitchen area which also includes the dining room. All the necessary equipment will be at your disposal (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and microwave oven). The kitchen has a large French window which opens onto the terrace with views of the waterhole and the bamboo grove on the estate, making for pleasant summer evenings.

On the ground floor, just before the wooden stairs, there is a separate toilet and shower room with a hairdryer.

On the first floor, the house offers a nice mezzanine in a wooded decor which serves as a living room. Here you can relax, read or simply enjoy the view. The lounge can also be used as a second bedroom with a sofa bed. The wifi connection is available throughout the gîte.

The last room in this turreted house is a large, bright bedroom with a king size bed and a desk that blends in with the decor. The room opens onto a discreet alcove with a 90 cm bed. This means that the accommodation can sleep up to 5 people (bed linen optional). The owners also have a second accommodation for 4 people, which allows you to come with your family or friends. Baby equipment is available on request.

From the estate, there is a magnificent view over the valley, the meadows and the forest.
The property is located in the heart of the Morvan Regional Nature Park, a green and biodiverse area criss-crossed by hiking trails, to be explored on foot, by bike or on horseback. The GR 13 and the Grand Tour du Morvan pass within 200 m of the estate on foot.
The municipal campsite is a 2-minute walk away in the direction of Anost, where you can enjoy free swimming in the summer, as well as tennis courts, basketball courts, petanque courts, a ping-pong table and a children's playground.
The village of Anost is a 5-minute walk away and has all the essential shops (grocery shop, bakery, butcher's shop, pharmacy, vending machine, petrol station, restaurants, café, tobacconist's, cinema).

For your stay, we offer a number of services to facilitate your preparation and departure, including the rental of sheets for 10€ per double bed and 5€ per single bed per stay. Duvets, pillows, tea towels and napkins are included in the rental price.
The cleaning is always done by us, which guarantees a clean and well-maintained gîte at the beginning of each stay. The management of the dishes and garbage bins remains the responsibility of the tenants.
