The new menu at Le Relais de Dettey features authentic, simple and lively cuisine. Originally from Grenoble, Franck is passionate about music and gastronomy, and has spent 20 years travelling around the most prestigious concert halls in Paris to feed artists and technicians. Now he's setting up his kitchen, his experience and his know-how in the Morvan Regional Nature Park.

Franck and Cécile were keen to embark on a new adventure, to create a place that felt like home to them, to anchor themselves in a region that is close to their hearts, and to promote short supply chains by working with local suppliers. "You have to sow to love," says Franck, who dreams of soon cooking with produce from his own garden.
The main aim of our culinary offer is to create moments of sharing, conviviality and pleasure. But that's not all...

Behind your plate, there's a restaurateur, farmers and craftspeople who produce, process and promote quality produce.
Behind your plate, there's a shop in the countryside that preserves and develops activities, jobs and social links.
