At the entrance of the hamlet of Gigny, located 3 km from the centre of Beaune, spacious and comfortable independent house with pleasant swimming pool, shared with the owners, neighbours of the gîte. On the ground floor: large and bright living room, open to the terrace, with open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge. A bedroom for one person (bed 90). A bathroom with shower and bath. Separate toilet. Laundry room. Games area in the basement with multi-game table and PS2. On the upper floors, two half-levels lead to 4 bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, the second with a double bed, the third with two single beds and the last with a double bed. This room communicates with a large shower room with WC.
Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Gas central heating and electricity included in the price. Wood stove in the living room (extra charge). Air-conditioned house.
Terrace, garden and private car park closed by a gate.
On sunny days, enjoy a beautiful relaxation area with a petanque court around the shared heated swimming pool (dimensions: 10 x 5 m). It is open until 8 pm and has a covered terrace accessible during the day.

Beaune is known internationally for its vineyards and its famous Hospices, which are listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site. Numerous events throughout the year: Film festivals, Baroque music, "Cours aux jardins"... Restaurants and wine tasting cellars. Hiking, walks in the vineyards, bicycle route in the vineyards between Beaune and Santenay (bicycle hire in the commune). Also to be discovered on the Route des Grands Crus, famous wine villages such as Meursault, Pommard, Volnay, Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet...
