Ma p'tite Ecole

Ma p'tite Ecole is a Museum of the Hameau du Morvan schools and is located in the agents' house which was built between 1899 and 1900 to house the technicians responsible for doubling the dam of the Lac des Settons, and which was then used as a school in the hamlet of Les Settons from 1928 to 1987.

A true cultural place, just a stone's throw from the Lac des Settons and the Tourist Office, the museum reveals itself as a place of immersion, through its permanent exhibition, in what schooling was once like in the hamlets of the Morvan.

On site, you can also take advantage of the various temporary exhibitions or simply have fun with your children doing mental arithmetic or spelling competitions, thanks to the play area on offer.

Come and have a good time discovering this cultural place, run by the Ma p'tite école association, in the idyllic setting of the Settons lake.

In a 1920/1950 classroom, come and rediscover your childhood memories or those of your ancestors, write with a pen, do exercises or play games from the past.
