Sensation Vin – Cours d’œnologie

Since 2006, Sensation Vin has specialised in wine tasting courses in Beaune, Burgundy. Created and run by Damien Delattre and Céline Dandelot, Sensation Vin stands out for its direct approach to teaching and its systematic blind tastings, allowing everyone to express their own feelings without being influenced by the label.

Our experience (since 1991 and 2002) means we can pass on our knowledge more effectively and easily understand the ever-changing expectations of wine lovers.

Every year, we welcome wine lovers from all over the world for Burgundy wine tasting courses. These take place at our tasting tables in the heart of Beaune town centre, with between 2 and 9 participants, or directly in the heart of the Côte d'Or vineyards, in the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits.

Nearly 450 oenology courses are given throughout the year, in both French and English.
The duration varies from 1H30 to 2 days, from €60 to €425 per person, or can be tailor-made.
