Sensation Vin – L'Essentiel Dégustation

From Monday to Friday at 2pm, take advantage of 2 hours devoted to tasting and tasting methodology. Whether it's just a refresher course for some, or acquiring the basics and tasting reflexes for others, these two hours are a real help to progress.

We explain a clear, step-by-step method, enhanced by practical exercises: a flavour recognition exercise, an aroma recognition exercise, and an exercise to recognise the colour of a wine in a black glass. Then comes the practical part, with a blind tasting of 6 wines, during which we apply ourselves to commenting on each wine in detail. You'll quickly notice that your description is more fluid and spontaneous.

This course is suitable for everyone. In just 2 hours, you'll learn the basics so you can put your feelings into words and describe more effectively all the wines you'll be tasting, whether they're from Burgundy or elsewhere.
