ON THE FIRST FLOOR, enter the flat through an elegant hall with deep red walls, in the middle of which stands a magnificent wrought-iron staircase, marking the beginning of an immersion in a refined living environment.

The first level leads to the three bedrooms, each designed for your comfort and privacy, for peaceful nights.

The master bedroom has a 180cm king-size bed, a dressing room and its own private shower room.

The second bedroom has a 140 cm double bed, while the third has a 160 cm Queen Size bed. Each bedroom has storage space and a desk. They share a second shower room.

ON THE SECOND FLOOR, you'll find a spacious, light-filled living area built around the grand wrought-iron staircase.

The dining room, with its large industrial skylight, can accommodate up to 6 guests and invites you to share meals with family and friends.

The comfortable lounge, where you can relax after a day exploring the region, features a magnificent exposed stone wall, a wood-burning stove and a library, creating a warm, authentic atmosphere.

The curved kitchen is original and functional, and opens onto the living room to create a cosy atmosphere. Its island is ideal for preparing meals while enjoying the company of friends and family. It has everything you need for simple, elegant cooking.

To the rear of the kitchen, you'll also find the pantry and utility room for practical living.

The private terrace, with its semi-open glass roof allowing you to enjoy the outdoors in summer and winter alike, provides an idyllic setting for moments of relaxation and contemplation.
