Vers les bois du Folin en 2 jours

Follow the small road up to the summit of Mont Beuvray for 20 m, to the right of the "Le Chaudron" restaurant. Turn right directly behind the museum, following the GR©13. After 500 m, turn left uphill and zigzag until you reach the Porte du Rebout.
Just after the Porte du Rebout, for a walk in the forest, turn right and follow a PR (yellow), this is the path around the ramparts. The second option is to cross the archaeological site by following the GR©13, without leaving it. As you walk along the central path at Bibracte, you will come across the "queules". These trees with their twisted silhouettes are the remains of woven hedges that enclosed pastures in centuries gone by.
Go past the Wivre stone. Follow the yellow track straight on to km 3.8. Then take the GR©13 to the right and go straight downhill for 3 km until you reach a small road. Turn left for a few metres, then right at the Montvernot mill. Continue along the GR©13 as far as Petiton. In the hamlet, turn right onto a small road that descends and becomes a path along the Roche valley as far as the Moulin de la Chaute stream. Follow this path for 4 km. Be careful not to turn left at "vers les Beaux", as you pass the house. Go around the Moulin de la Chaute to the left. At km 12 (take care), you will find the GR©13. Take the road opposite for 500 m at the hamlet of L'Echenault, then turn left into the forest. After 100 m, leave the GR©13 and continue straight on uphill at km 14. Go as far as Fontian, take the road to the right for a few metres and then a track to the left, still uphill. After 1 km, turn left into accommodation.
Go straight up following a yellow PR, then left to visit the Sources de l'Yonne for 3 km.
Back at "cote 737m", take the GR©13 path to the left of the road heading north. At hill 757, 300 m to the right, accommodation.
Once you reach Le Pré du Massé, stay at Les Courreaux. Stay on the GR, turn left onto the road, then right onto a track, cross the Bois du Roy forest road and turn right onto the Route forestière de la Proie. Pass the Haut Folin antenna, the summit of Burgundy. Continue as far as a large bend to the left along the Préperny road. Stay on the GR (red and white) as far as the Maison de la Croisette. The only downhill ski resort in Burgundy, now defunct, was set up here in 1980. At km 29, leave the GR and turn right onto a yellow signposted path that runs south as far as Crot Morin. Accommodation
Head south on the small road marked GR© de Pays, red and yellow. Genetouse, La Courte, continuing downhill to the village of Saint-Prix. Accommodation, Brasserie and restaurant. Go straight across, Plein Faîte and GR de Pays to Argentole on the left of the road. Turn right down into the valley and walk up to the Bibracte museum (take care when crossing the road).
