Taste Burgundian specialties at the homes of those who perpetuate their tradition
In Southern Burgundy, we have beautiful resources that have given rise to some Appellations of Controlled and Protected Origin such as Charolais, Côtes du Couchois, but also Charolais goat’s cheese, and Mâconnais goat’s cheese. In the Grand Autunois Morvan, we cultivate the resources that perpetuate a gourmet culture based on Charolais, goat cheese, all accompanied by a glass of côte du Couchois. Since this is not enough for a complete French meal, our ancestors also cultivated the wild fruits of the Morvan to concoct desserts based on blueberries, currants, raspberries, etc.
